IoT Venture: It's My Bike

Making connected mobility simpler through intuitive tracking, thoughtful security interactions, and a unified product experience.

A connected bike reports states a rider never asked about (a maintenance window opening, a tracker that stopped reporting, a permission that was declined), and each one has to be legible enough to act on without the rider learning the system.

Shaping more cohesive membership experiences through service design, scalable interface patterns, and cross-functional collaboration.

Zalando Plus needed a cohesive, consistent design language across the platform, and the team's UI/UX templates had fallen out of date.

HearEase

Exploring more inclusive conversations through adaptive speech-to-text glasses and a companion experience designed around communication needs.

In a fast meeting full of unfamiliar accents, someone who is hard of hearing loses the thread, and loses the chance to contribute before they can ask anyone to repeat themselves.

How I work

I don't start with screens. I start with questions.

Most of my work sits close to something tender. In each case the interface is the least interesting part. What matters is which signals a system chooses to notice, and which it quietly discards.

So I separate what I observed from what I concluded from what I am still only proposing, and I label it. The longer version is on the About page.
